Under every answer there is a thumbs-down — Report a problem — and a Share feedback option in the same row. Both open the same short form, and you can send feedback whether or not you have an account.
What the form asks
- What type of issue? — a UI bug, an over-cautious refusal, an image it read badly, an instruction it ignored, something factually wrong, an answer that stopped short, or Other
- Additional details — optional, but the most useful part
- Email — optional. Signed in, we use your account email; otherwise leave one if you want a reply.
- Attachments — optional. Screenshots and screen recordings are ideal.
The conversation question, answered honestly
Opened from inside a chat, the form asks Include this conversation? and will not send until you have chosen. It matters more than it looks. (Opened from the sidebar there is no conversation in play, so it does not ask.)
Choosing Yes, share it sends a copy of that conversation's text to Fidaro, where our team can read it. It is not covered by the encryption that protects everything else: the whole point is that a human can look at what went wrong. That copy is stored alongside your report.
Choosing No, feedback only sends your description and nothing else. We never take the conversation without you choosing it, and the answer is never carried over from a previous report.
The same applies to attachments — a screenshot is readable by us in the ordinary way, so check what is in frame before you attach it.
What we do with it
The team reads every report. If a report needs more than we were sent, we get in touch at your account email or the address you left. And as with any support message, treat what you send as readable.
